House rules
The apartment is kept like a home, and these are the few things that keep it that way.

Check in and check out
Check in is from 15:00, with the smart lock. Check out is by 11:00.
Arriving earlier? Ask; when the apartment is ready, it can often be arranged.

Guests
Up to 2 guests. Guests other than those in the booking are not allowed, and above all not to spend the night.
Children under 2 are welcome with a parent. The apartment is not fully childproof, so please keep an eye on little ones.

Quiet hours
19:00 to 07:00.

Smoking, pets and parties
No smoking. No pets. No parties or events, and no commercial photography.

Looking after the apartment
Please do not move the furniture; the rooms are arranged as they are.
Switch lights off during the day, turn the gas off once you have finished cooking, and switch everything off when you go out.
Please handle the inventory and everything in the apartment with care. The inventory is checked at check out, and any damage or loss will be charged in addition to the booking.

Before you leave
Gather used towels, throw rubbish away, switch everything off, return the keys and lock up.

Security
There are cameras outside, on the perimeter wall and the parking. There are none inside the apartment.
